There are some projects which pose an enjoyable challenge for you when doing any work. We relish the opportunity to do that kind of work, as it stretches you in some form or the other. This project was one, and it was enjoyable!
Part 1: Magazine Advertisement
We received the call to build a two-property campaign, starting with a full page print ad for an 8×11 magazine for the Jamaican Stock Exchange’s annual conference. The client, a true darling to work with, shared some copy, but the deadline for the final artwork was just within one week.
The bonus from the project is that it also allowed us to work with a second cherished client who was among the consultants in the consortium, who also helped with approval and some changes to the copy.
Considering the nature of the service offering for these consultants is analytics and the intelligence coming from them, we chose blues, with complimentary pastel colours to highlight the various products.

Also within scope for this part of the project, we had to present this without a leading company logo, as this was being executed by a consortium of consultants, all partners of an international consulting company which facilitates strategic transformation of corporate entities. For credibility sake, we still mentioned the lead consultant on the flier, so viewers could connect this with a reputable Jamaican corporate entity.
We used a few data visualisations, and some stock photos with some graphic design kung fu to get the two models from the stock photos to play nicely together.
The final product got excellent placement in the magazine, and the client was exuberant at being able to get this beautiful ad to represent her consortium.
Part 2: Campaign Landing Page

Once we completed the magazine ad, the new project was to convert this ad into a landing page. The scope was to create something giving concise information, aesthetically connected to the ad, but without a direct representation on the internet.
Through a few iterations with the client, we also adjusted the copy for the site, to focus visitors’ attention, and encourage them to take action on their enquiries.
For the website, we ditched the stock models, but focused more on the data visualisations, as the consultants were promoting business intelligence products.
For harmony with the print ad however, we kept the colour coding used for each index/quotient and used a mixture of fonts and visual elements to draw the viewers in.
At the bottom of the landing page, we placed a contact form with embedded intelligence to direct interested parties to the correct consultant(s) based on their location and query.
